David Eldridge Archibald founded The Eldridge Group in 1991 with encouragement from clients and a strong following of candidates. He specializes in Sales, Sales Management and Marketing positions.
Dave started recruiting in 1983 with the world’s largest employment firm and was ranked in the top 5% of over 1200 recruiters nationwide. After eight productive years, he took his past recruiting success and straight forward personalized approach to market, forming The Eldridge Group. Prior to recruiting, Dave was in sales with the Noxell Corporation (Noxema/Cover Girl), now a part of Procter & Gamble.
