The Eldridge Exclusive is a hybrid container structure developed to allow our clients to increase the priority of their position. This engagement structure is used for searches which require a higher degree of urgency. The container secures the search priority at the same level as a retained search. Container searches are exclusive and fees are due in two installments, an up-front non-refundable container engagement fee with the remaining portion of the fee due upon candidate start.
